This year, to celebrate 70 magnificent years of the Ferrari marque; the two houses have come together to create a revolutionary timepiece – the first true collaboration designed and created in unison, by Ferrari and Hublot.
Mirroring the lightweight yet resilient construction of a sports car; the case is skeletonized in spectacular fashion to house the delicate mechanism. Comfort and legibility were paramount, so inspiration was drawn from space age materials and their ability to be both powerful and graceful.
For 70 years, the Ferrari philosophy has always been to discard any unnecessary details – and to trust simplicity. Hublot embraced this ideology by modifying the movement with a single-pusher chronograph. This is the beauty of design borne as a function of engineering…and it guided the entire creation of the TechFrame.
