ODDCOMMON and RobotProof invited me to direct a VR Experience for Samsung.
Samsung wanted a new and more effective way to deliver product training to thousands of sales professionals at big box retailers across the US. So for Samsung’s flagship line of Neo QLED TVs we took what was traditionally dry and tech-heavy content off the page and created an immersive VR learning experience to up engagement and information recall with this highly important group.
In VR we had the advantage of fully immersing this group in the technology and letting them experience some of the more practical benefits of Neo QLED TVs that couldn’t be shown in-store. Sales professionals were blown away by the level of innovation and 93% of them said they would recommend Samsung Neo QLED TVs to customers – a big win for Samsung.

To highlight the practical benefits of the TV we created a CG environment that could show any lighting condition from cozying up for movie night in the dark to viewing the big game on a sun-drenched Sunday.
Traditionally dry and tech-driven content became some of our most exciting and immersive moments of the experience.
While Samsung competitors are still training with PowerPoint decks and printed materials, Samsung trainers now come equipped with a custom case containing headsets and a tablet to deliver a truly immersive experience.
